  1. I didn’t realize you were so close to Mt. St. Helen’s.  Beautiful photographs, as usual.  I’m so sorry she can’t see what you see, of for no reason but to be companionable.  My mother was in much the same state the last years of her life; I would take her riding and point out colorful trees or gardens, but her mind was on the interior, not the exterior.
