21 years ….. I had just gone to visit Buff and family. Mom called us with the news. I felt sad and a bit lost. Wanted to do something to acknowledge the loss of such a kind gentle man but there was nothing to do. So Buffs kids helped me construct a floating wreath of local vegetation and flowers. We set it to sail on their pond in George’s memory. It felt like an appropriate honoring.
