I can almost imagine the quiet. That barn must be full of stories and secrets held. What a wonderful brief snowstorm. My favorite kind !

I love the little barn. Lots of memories. It was kind of a perfect snowstorm, even the power outage was the perfect duration, and back on by dinner and dark. And I got to leave and not watch the rain make a mess of the beautiful snow.

It warmed up to 30 degrees yesterday and today we have about 6-9 inches of snow and a temperature of 21 degrees. Hugged our wood burning fireplace during last week’s subzero weather. The furnace still ran most of the day to keep the house at 70 degrees. Spring is almost here!
Richard and I will both receive our first shots next Monday morning early–I feel a sense of relief.

My second shot was to be this Sunday, but apparently the weather kept the supply from delivery. 😦 I haven’t gotten official word yet about rescheduling.

Gorgeous! Local weather says it’s snowing here. It’s not. It’s noisy sleet, with a faint whiteness on the ground.
