I am a Pacific Northwest native transplanted to the southeast for 36 years. In 2012, I returned to my childhood home and fell in love with this corner of the country again. I am a grandmother, a storywriter, a teacher, an attention payer, a hiker, and a back roads wanderer. Check out my website (and my memoir) at www.gretchenstaebler.com.

Beautiful! So happy to rediscover you. Somehow I lost track and I guess I just realized you are multi-blog person. Looking forward to seeing what I missed.
I wondered where you’d gone; I missed you! Glad you’re back. My other site is inactive, except for occasionally. I’ve been working on a plan to bring it back, repurposed as a caregiver ally site. But just this morning, I—with the website guru friend I’m working on it with—decided to start from scratch on a new site instead. Stay tuned!
Yes, right now this is the only one. I am excited about the other one, and the potential for a new “career” (of the unpaid variety), if I can attract a following.
